| 1961 | Company founded as Nichigo Shoji Co., Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of Japan Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd. (now JSR Corporation) Launched insurance services. |

| 2010 | Established Guangzhou Branch of subsidiary in China. |
| 2011 | Established subsidiary in Bangkok, Thailand. |
| 2017 | Established subsidiary in Guanajuato, Mexico. Goko Trading Co., Ltd. joined to subsidiary. |
| 2018 | Established subsidiary in Hanoi, Vietnam. |
| 2022 | Company became 100% subsidary of ENEOS Materials Corporation. Changed its trade name to ENEOS Materials Trading Co., Ltd. |
